SARAH PHILLIPS

IS A STRATEGIST, FACILITATOR
+ WRITER

She makes things that move people.

Despite all evidence to the contrary, she usually doesn’t like to brag—or talk about herself in third person. She did come here to make friends

The New York Times, Adweek, Upworthy and Jimmy Kimmel like her work. She made a world-changing idea in 2019, according to Fast Company. The U.S. Library of Congress archived one of her projects as a record of American history.

She’s helped financial brands tell their story, cannabis brands find their purpose, launched a crypto trading platform for mainstream investors, and made a country fall in love with sweatpants. She teaches workshop facilitation at Miami Ad School.

adidas, Canopy Growth, Capital One, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Harlequin Publishing, Mailchimp, Roots, Samsung, and Wattpad have been her clients. She’s helped many founder-led brands find their voice, and their investors.

A strategy director and workshop facilitator, she can fly solo or lead a team to the right answer. She works with creative agencies, consultancies and incubators to create brand, content, cultural, innovation, marketing and thought-leadership strategies.

Rave Reviews:

“Sarah is one of

the most intelligent and insightful people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She makes everything she touches exponentially better.

She has facilitated workshops for some of the biggest brands in Canada and been the brains behind global brand re-positionings,

all while being an inspiring mentor to junior talent.

She has a unique perspective that comes from being a natural trend hunter and observer of the world.

She is a unicorn in our industry and a true talent anyone would be lucky to have.”

“Sarah is an absolute pleasure to work with. A strategist that understands culture and human behaviour.

But more importantly,

she always uncovers the white spaces for brands to play in.

Her creativity and enthusiasm shows up in everything she does.

I will continue to partner with her whenever I can.”

“Sarah is a strategic and savvy marketer with

an insatiable love for creativity and culture.

She leads with kindness at the core of everything she does.
